The Authorities

The successful completion and handover of your home is dependant on the approval of the following authorities: 

  • The NHBRC: As property developers, Probuild is required to be registered with The NHBRC, and it is compulsory to enrol/register each home it builds for your benefit.  Click here to read about The NHBRC
  • The Local Authority.  Each local authority is required to approve the plans for the issue of an Occupational Certificate.
  • The Banks: The leading banks conduct their own inspection before payment of the house.
